Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Klaravex, we want you to be happy with your tech help. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our personal services.
One-time sessions
If we can’t resolve your issue, or you’re not satisfied with a one-time session, contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with you to make it right — including a full or partial refund where appropriate.
Monthly & family plans
Monthly and family plans can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. You won’t be charged again after cancellation. We don’t pro-rate partial months unless required by law.
Packages (Job-Hunt Kit, Solo-Business Launch Kit)
Package work that has not yet started can be cancelled for a full refund. Once work has begun, refunds are pro-rated based on the portion of work completed.
How to request a refund or cancel
Email hello@klaravex.com or call (424) 348-6010. Please include your name and the service or plan involved.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
