Not at all. We explain everything in plain English, with no jargon and no judgment. If you can use a phone or a laptop, we can help.

How do sessions work?

Most sessions are remote via secure screen-share, so we can see what you see and fix it together. In-person is available in some areas — just ask.

How do you charge?

One-time sessions are billed per session. Monthly and family plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We only access what’s needed to help you, always with your permission, and we never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What if you can’t fix my problem?

If we can’t resolve your issue, we’ll tell you honestly and won’t leave you stuck — and we’ll make the billing right. See our Refund Policy.
